no, I don't think he seems him as a monster. he's just really afraid that his innermost feelings and thoughts are not as hidden as he thought they were. he doesn't feel loved at home - and he's been in that kind of environment for years. the moment someone started spending so much time with him, loving him as a dear friend, etc... he really doesn't know what to do. because in his mind, he believes his grandma in that he sucks and because he exists his father died.
Indeed, Kanggo came on a little too strong, but that had to hurt. He finally thought he could trust someone, and Kamin treated him like the rest would-- a monster. Kamin definitely had a hard time too because he's had a bad past only adding to his boundaries. Hope they can work it out.
