youre not any better than other fujoshi for doing this or that, in the end you still enjoy reading manga that fetishize gay guys just like those other fujoshis. just saying

i have had my account for around 4 years and before that i was an anonymous user and the same right now. i don't consider myself a fujoshi, because i can't relate to them, i don't get any excitement when i see real gay people and i differentiate between yaoi and gay and i live in real world and my fantasies are just when i'm online and don't leave this community.

being a fujoshi is sad, just real sad. I used to like yaoi when I was 13 till 16. Im older now to see how stupid yaoi is, thanks god I grew up and have better taste

There are hundreds of shoujo, sienien, hentai, shouen and genres dedicated to straight people. Are we festishing straight people? Nope. Furthermore those genres are unrealistic and don't dictate straight relationships at all. Just because there is a genre showing gay people, does not mean we are festishing them. Just read it wholeheartedly and enjoy the plot. The bl world is very vast and in depth, only non-bl readers will say its just two boys fucking each other.When I was a non-bl reader I thought that too until I realized how in depth it was. Sometimes you come across realistic stories, sometimes you don.t They are just stories that make you happy and giddy inside. So don't think so deep about it and just read it peacefully and enjoy. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ Being a fujoshi isn't bad, people think too deep nowadays and try to bring bad connotations to every single word.
I like how you read all of that and that's what you come up with. Buddy are you out in the real world squealing and jumping like crazy when you see a gay person because it reminds you of yaoi, are you someone who thinks fujoshi is a sexuality? are you someone who wants to be a man just so you can finally say omg im a yaoi main character? That's called fetishizing them. You really took nothing from this post and even went as far as to twist it around to make yourself feel better. Your own comment says alot about you as a fujoshi in this site.

I think when you've been as active as I am on this site you start to see the negatives more than the positives. Sure there are positives, like the hundreds of mangas, mainly yaoi, some users are super down to earth and are fun to interact with, but then that is only some. When I first entered the yaoi community I thought wow, everyone is so bubbly and fun, I'll like it. But to my mistake as we grow together as a community, I realize who I am and who they are is different. We are of different "fujoshi", by definition and action. I am sure some of you understand me. I am the fujoshi who reads yaoi for the porn and I will admit it. I am the fujoshi who enjoys yaoi purely for its fictional aspect, its unrealistic portrayal of what could be an ideal gay relationship. I am the fujoshi who knows reading yaoi is a form of fetishization but I am the fujoshi who accepts that as reality and try my best to not enact it on real life. I am not the fujoshi who goes out in the real world with one goal; that goal is to hunt down gay men and watch them like animals. I am not the fujoshi who wishes they were a man so they can experience the "yaoi" world. I am definitely not the fujoshi who considers fujoshi a form of sexuality, something that needs to be outed and validated by the people around me. Some of you know what I mean. And as I come to realize this difference between me and many users on this site it becomes exceedingly hard to not judge them for their ignorance. It becomes hard to like such a community, so full of selfish and ignorant people who enjoy fetishizing gay men and refuse grow up out of their delusional state. Don't be the fujoshi whose goal is to hunt down gay men, wish they were a men purely out of fetishizing a gay relationship, and think fujoshi is a valid term for a sexuality. I'm not talking about the trolls purposely posting to taint this community, I'm talking about actual users who have had their account for more than 3 or 4 more year, who have read hundreds of yaoi related mangas. I'm not saying all of this based on a few accounts, no, it's based on multiple accounts of continuous ignorance. Yaoi is not homosexuality. Please keep that in mind fellow fujoshis. With this as my last post on this site, I say farewell. Good luck to all users who continue to enjoy yaoi in this sort of unhealthy environment.
