The chapters uploaded here are official translations taken from Lezhin.
That's the instruction another user (Yeci) posted: "Upload your chapter to a sharing website like mediafire or Mega and then open the manga you want to add the chapter to and click on the little flag on the left side of the screen and send them the download link. That is how I have done it :)"
You don't have to buy unlocked chapters. You just need an account to read them.

No a Lezhin account. You can read the unlocked chapters for free you just have to be logged in. You only have to buy the locked chapters.

They lowered the price for ch. 5 and 6. This should mean that the entire series will be available for free eventually. Maybe somebody will upload the chapters here once they're unlocked but just in case that doesn't happen you can still go to Lezhin and read it there (the next chapter will probably be unlocked in about 6 weeks).
