Hi everyone! I vaguely recall a manga that I'm trying to look for. The only part I remember is the main character going to visit his brother's ex-BF after a long time. The backstory is that: The main character and his brother are identical twins and one day they are in their apartment when a fire or something dangerous (?) happens. The Main character and his twin end up passing out (?) and the Twin's boyfriend tries to save them. The only problem is that the Boyfriend thought he was saving his boyfriend (the twin) first but ended up saving the main character first. The other twin ended up dying. And no, the main character and the boyfriend do not get together. Thanks in advance!
