majority of top BLs have sadistic seme. it's not exactly refreshing. it's a common trope. as anon says, it is a well-used, cliched plotline.

maybe for the newer webtoons but in the majority of the sadistic seme mangas i have read(and i've read plenty), uke dislikes the seme and some even hate him at the start but slowly fall inlove with him. Best example is K-sensei series.
