It is, actually. The reason is that he didn't give consent and said "no". The ""seme"" also tied him up because he knew he would run so that means that the ""uke"" didn't want sex. Even though he may have ""enjoyed"" it he still didn't agree to sex.
I don't have a problem with you if you like that kind of stuff, though. I just don't like rape so,,
