Ah, I'm half but I grew up in England and mid-way migrated to another country.
Plus my parents aren't so Ethical, but anyway, what happened with the contract was that Hyesung made Dojin sign it with terms beings that Dojin will take care of everything and will leave the baby on his hands and that he'll leave afterwards.
