From what I remember, the parents of the couple are really close, one of them (not sure if the seme/uke) is rich af, the poor one saved the rich boy from getting kidnapped when they were kids by pretending to be the rich boy so he was the one who got kidnapped instead (if that made sense lol), and they are neighbors.
I really want to re-read this manga but I can't remember the title. ╥﹏╥
