Yura doesn't look like a little girl in YOI though. He just looks like a short kid, not sure why artists think it's cute or sexy to draw men like little girls.
Also, I can't get the whole "Yurio" thing. I can understand it can be confusing having two Yuri's, but the Russian Yuri would be known primarily by his diminutives, most commonly Yura, so no need to make up a name.
