Or like how despite preferring to be alone, you don't want to be alone because people will just ostracize or isolate you (or at least the thought would scared you)
well if life taught me one lesson is not to think about what other think, cause if given a chance (even when not asked) people will have an opinion about how u should live ur life. i get Kamin and the only difference between me and him is that he found someone he loves and that someone won't give up easily on him (i hope).
You like being alone but at the same time it feels lonely...
And when you get older..,let say 24 and older and is a working adult in a proper and normal society....it'll get harder not to mind what others think...cos like it or not we have to get along with other people..even if it's just putting up a front and nothing more. And that is what makes it even more tiring amd depressing...
Lol..sorry to rant here...i just can 100% relate to Oh Kamin, it's a good thing he can find Kanggo who can understand him without him telling it first...cos what people like us hate the most is explain ourselves to ppl who we know won't give a shit about us

I feel the same way. I would have to force myself to talk and socialize more which would leave me exhausted afterward. And the whole thing just makes me hate meeting people in general. Right now, I am just focusing on doing things I enjoy doing and ignore others' opinions. I realize that there is no point in forcing myself to do something I hate just in order to please someone else if it will only make me more miserable. But I am glad that there are all these people feeling the same way I do since I used to (still sometimes) think that I am extremely abnormal and inferior compared to others.

the fact that society wants that everyone follow the same rules is convenient for lawmakers, governments and the general public, maybe even family. cause everyone is afraid u will 'rock the boat', as if by u wanting a quite life alone is breaking some law.
as there r different/diverse religions/skin color etc - in life not everyone wants or enjoys the same life style. live and let live is my motto ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Maybe you will find that someone some day, in the case that you don't just get a pet :3 well unless u don't like pets
