Italy is still kind of conservative concerning the gays and all, we can't forget that we have the Vatican in here lol but I'm proud for the big steps my country made so far, it's more tolerant than how it used to be 50 years ago

In my country, it’s more fetishized. Guys fetishize lesbians and girls (discreetly) fetishize gay men. Bisexual people aren’t always accepted, because they are ‘greedy’ and ‘need to pick a side’. Transgender people are also fetishized a lot, but also hugely discriminated against. Asexuals are seen as prudes, pansexuals are seen as attention freaks and liars... I could go on, but I’m not going to. I don’t discriminate against any group of people. People are people and you can’t deny apart of who they are. If I have a problem with someone I will ask why they feel/act/do things that way then I can’t share my side.

In Denmark gay marriage has been legal for about thirty years now, since 1990 I think.
I have a lesbian aunt, my family never made a big deal out of it. So for me it's normal, it just always been there.

Not really a big deal. Same equality in law, and representation in the media meaning being gay or bisexual isn't really treated as some novelty or negatively. There is more stigma over being right wing in my country, than being gay, which I don't think is the case in say the USA.

In my country same sex marriage is still illegal since most of the ppl here are Catholic. When one of your relatives is gay, some people may criticize you as someone that has a potential to be one. I don’t know what’s the problem with being gay. Many students who are part of the LGBT community are bullied, fathers of gay men often abuse their own children for being gay, in short, many older generations can’t accept the LGBT community.
I had a gay friend at school and one time, he stopped attending his classes so I approached him and asked him what happened and he told me he was abused by his father physically, so he ran from home and went to his aunt’s place. He had bruises all over his body, even in his face and small cuts. He has a very good personality and I like him as a friend. Well, I’m one of those 1/4 of the population that supports LGBTQ+ community coz life’s too short so spread love and acceptance *・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*・ヾ(๑╹◡╹)ノ"'・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*

I mean since my country is composed of mostly Catholics (not me tho cos i have no religion ) its pretty homophobic but accepting as time passes by? Gays are open here and they have like businesses they are well known for! In terms of beauty and the like heh but lesbians are preeeetty frowned upon? Like ppl think girls will immediately switch back to boys after trying it out w females. People also thinks Bis are just simple gays. If you like guys, you cant like girls too. Pan and aces? Nobody knows those sexuality classifications here lol. Its either gay or straight. But ppl here are accepting and they dont really make sure to ruin your life just bc of preferences that doesnt suit them. Ppl are considerate here.

My native country would kill any gays. Not the country itself tho. The families are hella conservative.
