From what I remember, the two never met. In the allergy boy's family, only the mother has met him.
In this timeline - manga chapter: Shouhei is still living with his parents and brother, so officially - Shizuma haven’t met Mito as the ‘owner’ where Shouhei works.
The parents and brother met Mito when Shouhei was about to live together with Mito :)
The timeline or my clue was Shouhei is still in the house. :)

im confused ... so the blond younger brother and the older brother of that allergic boy, met at the bar when the black haired guy and the allergic boy spent t´there night and he was like "omgg my little brother is in love " and he was drunk but they already met then but atm is that allergic boy and the black haired guy together cuz he(the balck hair one) didnt regonize him when he came to bring the necklace back, that its his(allergic boy) older brother XDDD or maybe he just havent met his brother yet
