You have a point that once something is on the Internet, it's most likely going to spread somewhere else. But it doesn't mean that readers can be rude. Translators like making readers happy by giving them an opportunity to read a foreign comic. We're basically free loaders. It doesn't hurt to give something back to them.
I think people are so used to Mangago that they are unwilling to move elsewhere because it's "too much work".

I hope other readers wont feel so entitled just from reading your hardwork for free. I am one of these parasites as well but i acknowledge that my reading more of this manga is wholly dependent on you and therefore must abide by your rules ^^
