Doesn't the blond character end up being diagnosed with a brain tumour and dies. The dark haired man visits him at home shortly before and they make peace with each other, there is a portrait of the blond man that the dark haired one did back before he had to leave school? Or am I thinking of another comic?

Yeah, I think I read the raws to this quite a while back (don't think it has been translated yet?). From what I remember (forgot the dialogue), the tall bully and his group kidnap the short dark guy and tie him up and blindfold him, this was when they were still at school. Then this "new" guy enters the room and it turns out he is wearing a wig, and it's the blond friend who hasn't been to school for a while. He says he has been receiving treatment for a brain tumour maybe, and I think the mobile phone enters the plot here. Then moving forward to when they are at uni, the bully gets put in his place, and the dark haired one decides to confront his feelings about his blond friend and goes to visit him. I think the blond friend's family owns a hospital? Anyway, he ends up at his home, the blond friend is alone with only a staff member and they talk about his upcoming funeral. The portrait the dark guy drew when they were kids is in his room. Basically they make peace with their past. It turns out that the dark haired guys boyfriend has followed him there, they talk and go home. Think it ends with an art exhibition, and all is well. Maybe more chapters have been added since then. Sorry for my poor summary!
