It's only one chapter translated yet and I remember the story being something like this:
the narcissistic main character (most probably the uke) has always been the prettiest guy in school but somehow everybody seems to only talk about a super handsome new transfer student (?). While the pissed uke went to check out his new competition, he immediately fell in love with the guy.
Since then he silently stalks him but never had the balls to actually approach him. Throughout the story you see him (uke) pretty frustrated cause the other guy just doesn't seem to notice him at all.
The chapter ends with the uke somehow getting to talk to him and in a complete daze he even leans forward to kiss him. When the uke finally realized what he was doing he is embarrassed af and escapes immediately. The other guy, confused at first, grins and indicates that he already knew the uke from a long time ago
