This is really annoying

I'm trying so hard to find this one manga. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ It's a romance between girl and guy. The girl works as a maid I think and help clean the guys apartment. The guy is cold and kind of a bastard at first but then one day the girl falls asleep on his couch with a towel around her neck and he falls in love with her. I think the guy also has a disease of some sort and it can be spread and that's why he doesn't have any relationships. I think one day he gets stabbed in a parking lot maybe and she runs to him and almost gets his blood on her . . . If anyone can help me find this manga I would be super happy (づ￣ ³￣)づ
