...It was as if Shiwoo's entire world crumbled down when he met Hyun again, and Hyun so easily made Shiwoo aroused and obedient. I think it's tragic that even though Hyun and Shiwoo haven't seen each other in over a year, Hyun still has an impact on Shiwoo. It's so sad when people think they have left their abusive relationship, so they must have moved on, yet it all crumbles down once they see their ex-lover again.... ┗( T﹏T )┛ The heart can do such weird things, like when Shiwoo was touched in chapter 29 because Hyun still remembered our actor doesn't like sweets, so Hyun brought Shiwoo a birthday cake that had bitter chocolate, rum, blueberries, and some of the coffee Hyun himself brewed. … Even though Shiwoo and Hyun had an abusive relationship, I think moments like these could melt people’s hearts, even if it’s just for a split second. >< If moments like these are why Shiwoo still loves Hyun, I can see why… Hyun is thoughtful, even if he treated Shiwoo poorly.
I don't blame Shiwoo for using Yujin as a sex replacement in chapter 29. Shiwoo thought of Hyun when he and Yujin were having sex, so Shiwoo was not sincere which was wrong. However, I recognize that Shiwoo was aroused, so he wanted to relieve that. Yujin knows Shiwoo likes someone (Hyun), so Shiwoo hasn't given Yujin false hope through sex either. Yujin agreed to be Shiwoo’s sex partner, knowing this is one way he could be with our actor, even if it hurts our manager… >< I’m glad Shiwoo was honest to Yujin about not giving our youngster his heart, so Yujin doesn’t receive mixed signals either. It’s up to Yujin to decide whether he wants to stay in their sexual relationship and accept that Shiwoo has complicated feelings for Hyun or exit their sexual relationship and consider coming back if Shiwoo has his feelings for Hyun organized. I think Yujin is ready to have a committed relationship any day, but Shiwoo is still affected by his relationship with Hyun, so our actor is mentally unstable and uses sex as a distraction or a defense mechanism. It may be better for Shiwoo to receive professional help.
Based on the raws, we will see how Hyun and Shiwoo's relationship was like in the past. Abuse in relationships does happen in real life, so I'm curious to see (and understand) how Ppallet handles it. I also wonder, how much does Hyun know about Shiwoo that not even Yujin knows about?? The years Hyun spent with Shiwoo within that eight-year gap seems to give Hyun confidence. Now I'm curious what Hyun wants to talk about...?
