No Cherry and Peach don't know where Love is, but Cherry does know where his baby Seking is and thats all he cares about. Soooo my guess is that he needs Peach to beat up everyone else while he kills Lion for taking his baby and hurting him. and that turns into them seeing Love fighting and I my heart might break ╥﹏╥
Cherry probably doesnt want to bother wasting his energy on anything he doesnt really care about (i.e. Love) but i think he'd flip his shit when he sees what Lion did to Seking
