Notice how his favorite foods changed like from not eating meat to eating it?
I think the mystery is how is he still the same person (or is he?) when part of him is getting replaced bit by bit.
Also the foreshadow (maybe) where he talked with his co worker about their another co worker who divorced his wife and changed tastes in women.

Hmmmm there is some stuff I don’t get. Like how his mole on his ear disappeared but still is the same person (I think), I guess I’ll wait for more chapters to see.
Edit: So I assume because he fight Aliens he loses limbs and gets them replaced and through those surgeries he changes a little.
