No she's actually evil. Her mother is a from a foreign country and isn't on good terms with this Country and I've been told she wants to destroy the country and Yuri is helping her. You did read that the Prince is spending huge amounts of money on her and she even wants the military disbanded? What does that sound like to you? This was once a game, now it's real and Yuri is no longer the heroine, the tables have turned.

I see a lot of people destroying Yuri and saying what a fake bitch she is. But I personally don't think she is fake or a bitch, I think she doesn't really mean harm. She correspond greatly to the old otome game cliché heroine: naive, hair head and stupid (yes naive and stupid aren't the same things). She is just naturally really stupid and not feet to be queen at all.
The ones I'm really angry at are those spoiling her, making her even more stupid and ignorant of real life and people around her: her f*cking ikemen harem!!! And the queen supporting them is in the wrong too, she should see how nocive the way ignorant Iris think is.
Another nocive things about Iris is her naivety: she is so spoiled she is used to thing going her way and don't even realize she became an opportunist. But again see how in the last chapter (c38) her entourage is hiding her from the truth? "They are only looking at how cute you are", "stay the way you are", etc...
At least Bern understood quickly and learn how cool and smarter his sister is, especially in contrast of Iris. I'm glad he is at the party to support her.
