I'm not holding my breath for a sweet romance here either. I think the main characters' relations from here on out will just get even more twisted.
About "sweet" things... I also like reading chinese light novels and danmei novels but because of that I'm at the point where I'm treating the community titling something "sweet" with care because it not necessarily will match 'my' definiton of sweet. In about 90% of the cases it doesn't. - People can praise a seme, call him sweet, gentle and caring, and gift him the seme of the year award, after taking advantage of his drunk uke, then letting said uke (who is already in a bad situation) panic over who he has slept with just to punish him for forgetting their first time, will be trash for me. - Okay, enough with my slightly off-topic rant.
I think people want to see romance here so badly that they are adding things (or I could be adding things to psychological aspects, since that is my main draw for this story). I'm not denying that Sang Woo is developing some sort of "affection" for Bum, but as far as I see, him showing concern for Bum and having sex with him is just another tool for him to control the guy. Him doing Bum for the first time after the whole police fiasco was more like rewarding him for a job well done and reinforcing his positive image in his victim's mind. I also don't see someone absolutely disgusted by being the object of someone's homosexual love becoming suddenly all lovey-dovey during sex. At this point I'm even doubting if he was truly drunk in the restaurant.
Whew, sorry for the long rant.
(Anyone with a different opinion feel free to disagree, after all this just how I see things, and not the story set in stone.)

Can I know what in specific you are referencing?
I reached to the point where I don’t even care if Sang Woo dies or not. He’s just a little self centered asshole. What kind of sex is that? People said it’s sweet? When he doesn’t even wanna go down and pleasure Bum? The story will end when Sang Woo kills Bum or Bum kills Sang woo. Hate me or something but this is my honest feelings. I just feel bad for Bum RN.
