Okay I’m just really curious as to why people get mad or dislike comments that say that the scanlations does not want their works uploaded onto sites like mangago? Are y’all just really that disrespectful? Also, since there are for sure gonna be people that will downvote my comment, at least reply to me as to why you would go against the translator when they themselves spend their own money and time in order to translate mangas. I’m just genuinely really curious lol is it that hard to respect people’s demands (which may I say are not even very demanding lmao)

Their tumblr site is https://sennoakatsuki.tumblr.com/ so please report the manga here on mangago or on any sites that you see it on

I went to their website, but I couldn't find the chapters, is there a link or something to them?

Give us a link to somewhere else and we will read it or just explain to me how to get to each chapter because I don't use tumblr.

Why do they have a problem with their work being posted on other sites?? Don’t you want your blood shed and tears to reach as many people as possible??? Instead of a small select group of people. I would be proud if a large group of people could read my translation/scanlation.

I have done scanlation myself but I still don't understand why some scanlators insisted people to read their works on their website. Some of them go as far as making their forum private and have their readers register and post a minimum of post in the forum before they can access the manga. If what they want is protection from legal act, then go anonymous. If we talk about respecting their right for the hard work they put in, do you realize the same goes for the mangaka's right who probably don't want their work to be scanlated illegally? I used to go to alot of scanlation sites. But yaoi scanlators are inconsistent and they come and go all the time. Over time I just couldn't keep up. (I HAVE LIFE) So sorry for the scanlator that I don't read from their site. Anyway, I clicked on the link to show my support and still can't find where to read. So don't blame others who downvote your post because some readers are dumb like me who don't use tumblr or just can't find the link.

I just want to read manga, and the most convenient way is to do so on a website where it's all in one place. I don't want to have to go to dozens of different scanlators' websites to read one manga on each, especially when different groups drop and pick up the same manga so one section of chapters would be here, and another section there, etc etc. It would be too much of a hassle to keep track of which manga is where.

If they don't want people sharing their work on manga websites, they shouldn't release it online. Anyone picking up a manga to scanlate should know full well that their work, if released, will get put on sites like this. It's been going on for years, and will continue to go on.

It is their choice to share their work. If watermarks and credit pages aren't satisfactory credit and they want to make people jump through hoops to read their releases, I'm simply going to read something else.

I don't really know if it works for every country this way, but at least in Brazil, a few scanlation group do ask (or used to, don't really use portuguese that much anymore) to read on their website because of the ads. In other words, they would get money with that. In general, scanlation is wrong. I do read online and have done so for years, but that it is wrong it is something we all need to agree on (and here I am...). I don't know about this specific scanlation group, but a few others are specifically about the ad avenue or it might be like a few web novel translation groups, where they only release chapters if you "donate" on patreon.
In other words, if it is on a big website such as mangago or magafox, they won't get any more money on patreon anymore.
PS: Before dissing me, do note that I did say that I have never visited this scanlation group. I am NOT saying they are doing either of the examples I gave, I am just saying it is for that reason that a few scanlators do not want their translations on another website. If you do not want your translation on another web site, that is up to you since you might get into trouble. But if you are using another's work to gain money through patreon, man, are you a dirty one....

Well on the other hand, allot of arits wouldn't be known by the general public if their work wouldn't be scanlated.. I bought allof of manga because i got to know their work trough scnalations.

Yeah, some groups do collect money to fund their server and to buy more mangas/magazines for raws. I can understand that. But I have been in a group where they paid the translator which is wrong since the translator is making money out of others' work. The point is scanlation should be volunteer work.

I think this is the reason why I rarely read online manga anymore. I just buy the official English or Japanese manga to support the mangaka. Felt like some groups abused the system of donation money they get to profit more out of it. Sorry I am not making sense.

That's great for you, but a lot of people are even struggling to meet end needs, they have no money to buy mangas but they enjoy it as it helps them to relax from daily stress life. If I had a lot of money to spare, I wouldn't mind buying mangas, it's always my dream to have a collection of mangas in my bedroom.
Also, some countries don't really sell mangas.... so where else you can read them with English translations?
I always appreciate scanlations groups but I can't visit 100 different groups to read the mangas they translated. I feel like donate money for these groups it's not a sin, they are 'volunteering' but it's also like a token of appreciation.

That's true. Finanical is also a problem. Mangas these days tend to be expensive lately. Have you tried looking at rightstufanime.com? It's a really good website that sells mangas and their mangas is cheaper than Amazon or Barnes and noble. I'm sure they shipped internationally. I always buy my mangas there and since I also have membership, it helped saved me a bit of money.
