I don't remember if this scene was from a manga/movie/book but it goes like this. Person A wants to kill Person B. PA messed with PB's car so it would go in an accident(?) However, when he was happy that PB was about to die, he saw his mother in PB's car. He kills both of them and goes a little crazy(?) I remember that he started living with a drug addict.
