I read this a long while ago and I think it was either a oneshot, or just a few chapters. The main character was stuck in just one room and a butler (or his dad?) kept bringing him guys or androids to sleep with him. At first it seemed like our main guy was a playboy but there was some sort of plot twist where the dad/butler told him he wasn't able to ever leave the room. The dad/butler wasn't yandere or anything like that. I think it turned out that the main character was an android in the end, but I'm not sure.
