Can you please give me a rough summary of what happened?

CH.9
Hink (Seiji) demands to have an audience with the black king but the twins tried to use their powers on him and knock him out but he used his power (he has like a voice that can make people obey him) and they told him where Sable was. He went there and saw the black king and blue king talking about the state of the green king (his sister hink) and they are talking about that she maybe won't be able to make it alive, he insists on seeing her but they wouldn't let him because her health is now in the control of the black king. Then Seiji discovers that the blue king knew all this time that his sister was the green king.
Finally the blue king lets him visit his sister (without the black king knowing it).
There they meet like the doctor? of the green palace and he became mad that the kid that caused the death of his previous green king wanted to see the new king. But they told them about Seiji's power and the truth of the relationship between the brothers.
So they tell Seji to try to wake her up with his newfound power but they don't have much time before the black king finds out.
Whilst speaking with her he has a vision of their last night together. She basically was telling him that she knew what was gonna happen, if they went together to the palace he was going to die, and if they ran away and hid they were going to be sold as slaves and that this was the only solution. She knew he tried to help her escape but it was really her who was protecting him by sending him to the palace alone. The last thing she tells him in the "dream" is that they're going to meet again.
She doesn't wake up even with Seiji's help and they force him to get away but he explodes thinking that all that happened was his fault and with his powers starts breaking things, he knows that her sister sacrified herself for him. The blue king tries to comfort him (surprisingly).
CH 10.
He remembers when they were kids and were abandoned and discriminated against because of their dark skin, but they found a family who could't have kids that took care(?) of them, but then the sister started showing symptoms of her powers (she stopped to cry, etc) so they kicked them out and became slaves. Their current owner wanted seiji in an inapropiate way (for sexual things) and the sister knew. That man is who named Seiji, cause seiji apparently means "green".
Then we see them returning from the green palace with the blue king and him and his attendant are talking about that no one can know about seiji's powers. Then they meet with the red king, seiji returns the ring to him because he doen't want to make more mistakes.
Finally, Seiji pleads the blue king to take him and make it painful. He's totally feeling guilty abput his sister while making love but then the blue king tells him he loves him, but he's lying to him, he just wanted to see his expression and to make him think just about him, he directcly tells him that someone is being just a litlle bit kind to him and he already entrusts his sister to them and that that was his punishment.
And the he wakes up with the green mark.
