Yeah that's the biggest mistery to me. My best guess is that Bum is probably the only one who was willing to stay despite the possibility of getting killed. Maybe the only way sangwoo saw to control normal people was to kill them, or they would just leave him again. While Bum is pretty fucked up himself and still tried to hold on to sangwoo no matter what he did. Maybe I'm reaching tho, and the murders were a sort of revenge...I don't really understand sangwoo's motivations at all ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I mean it's clear to me he's allucinating, this woman doesn't really look like that. Remember Sangwoo saying a random girl looked like the CEO's daughter he killed? And Bum looking at her true appereance could see that they looked nothing alike? It's probably the same shit, maybe even the reason he only killed women up to this point is because he allucinated his mother's face when looking at them
