If you go to https://www.mangaupdates.com/index.html and put in the title of this manga, it will give you the artist. Then you can find it that way. I don't know if you can put in the artist in search. You might be able to.
this artist has done other, historical, romances by different authors that i really enjoyed. i can't seem to find them here though. There's no option to sort by artist.
