I mean that's the main point of this couple. Author tried to tell readers that this seme's love is pure af even though the uke was rejecting him.
And seriously....? This is just the usual "misunderstanding" trope. And this anon is basically bitching about the most usual trope ever lmao. I honestly think this manga done it nicely.
Hmm I guess it's kinda cute and all for most people. And I do love manly uke.
But the seme's too 'weak' for me, in the sense that he doesn't show his love to uke that much. The uke has to find out from coincidences instead. What if those coincidences didn't happen?
If the uke never got to experience those coincidences, then all he'd know was that the seme had rejected him, never was serious about him, and didn't care a bit when he left him during childhood. Even more, he'd think that the seme really did abandon him for dating chicks in nude beach, and also abandon him for Aguma's friends and helped them against uke.
For me, the feeling of being abandoned is not fun, specially from someone you care. And even if the seme did that because, let's say, he's kind and didn't want to brag, the lie outweighs that kindness for me. So, this is not my cup of tea.
