It all depends on what the author really wants and what rules they want to follow. Usually Omegas are seen as nothing more than baby machines, submissive, and weak. Alphas are usually the dominant ones since they are built bigger therefore stronger and have money I think even female alphas impregnate male omegas. There was this one manga where an Omega was a top and I think he did impregnate the alpha. Then there was another one where an alpha impregnated another alpha. Betas too have impregnated an omega and Alphas have impregnated betas. Anybody can get pregnant but in this case hyesung is a recessive omega who has low chances of fertility so hes a rare case. But like I said it's usually whatever the author wants to follow. like the bite mark too where if your bitten on the neck your bonded for life and cant have sex with anybody else (usually alphas and omegas) sorry for the long text but omegaverse have a lot of potential to different ideas
Yea there has been an alpha who was topped by an omega. Can't remember the title but I will try to find it.
It's just a bit weird, that whenever a male Omega goes into heat, that he apparently never wants to use his dick. Even in the sex scenes with Dojin, Dojin is the one who expects oral, who expects to be the top, never Hye-sung. I guess this is maybe a trend in yaio though as a whole, where essentially the "uke" character ends up just being a "hole" for the "seme' to use, rather than a more equal or realistic depiction.

1. I'm pretty positive when omegas go into heat it turns on the instinct to reproduce, omegas can't impregnate anybody and can only be impregnated meaning that they would have to be the bottom in order to reproduce.
2. No no no! Alphas cannot get pregnant unless it's a straight alpha and alpha pair, and even if there were a female alpha and male omega pair, it would still be the male omega becoming pregnant by the alpha female.
I've been wondering about it as well. How about an omega female, do they get pregnant vaginally as well as anally or just one and not the other???
They get impregnated vaginally if their females.
Omegaverse question: Why whenever the male Omega goes into heat or has sex that he wants to be the one being penetrated rather than the "top"? Also, can Omega's get an Alpha pregnant, meaning that Hye-sung & Dojin could have went into heat, Dojin could have been the "bottom" and have been the one who ended up pregnant. ??
