Looking for a yaoi / shonen-ai manga
Side story/ oneshot in a volume and is quite dark the story
One of the characters is not human but doesn't reveal it and is close to the other character who is human.
There a bunch of murders or something and all the victims are missing fingers.
The non human is staying over with the human one and throws up in the bathroom or after leaving. End possibly is found out unclear if it ends with the human being eaten or not
