The omega doesn't like sex but he also uses the alphas to calm his heat so he can actually play base ball. If you read the story somewhere it said "if I continue baseball, I need to find an alpha like kadota because suppressants aren't allowed" or something along those lines. All three of them were using each other for their own personal gain. And now their forever stuck with each other.
I've read this story a couple of time before and, each time, it makes me feel more and more disgruntled. Honestly, they're both just using Kazuomi for their own pleasure. It is blatantly obvious that Kazuomi is not happy with this situation - he doesn't like sex, he doesn't like Kadota, and he does not like Tendou. Yet he becomes bound by Kadota's one-sided love for him and Tendou's one-sided love for Kadota. My message to Kadota and Tendou is as follows: let Kazuomi LIVE HIS OWN LIFE, quit RAPING him, and, I don't know, go vigorously hump a tree or something (and go at it hard, please, so that your dick breaks in the process and you can never do harm to another omega again).
