Just my opinion, but I don't think it's fair to just label Yule as a sadist and Kyungsoo as a masochist that complemented each other -- their relationship dynamics were more complicated than that.

I do think their relationship is way deeper than just a sadomasochist one. I do think both of them have depth. . . actually, my constant comments throughout this manga about Yule might explain more about it. But I was not going to enter details when I already said my crippling emotions before x'D I was not seeking to explain the depth, but the fact that they match each other.
So yes, agreed. Their relationship can't be labeled with such simple words. . . but it's just a rather short summary (≧∀≦)

Yeah. Kyungsoo isn't a masochist. He's a traumatized victim. Like, 95% of all his sexual experiences have been rape. And 90% of his sexual experiences have been with Yule. He's past point of return if he has to fix it alone. It'd honestly be weird if Kyungsoo could just go on to have perfectly normal relationship with Donghyuk and he didn't think of Yule often.
Even if this is a side-story and what not. . . I really think this pretty much explained the whole story xD

It shows that Kyung-soo really depended on Yule. For a lot of things. I mean. Come on. He couldn't get into it until Yule came into the picture, imagination or not. And in the main story, it was the same. They both rotated around each other, whether they wanted to admit it or not.
At the end, Yule was the sadist Kyung-soo needed. And Kyung-soo was the masochist Yule needed.
Perfect, sick-ish, psychopath-ish couple, if anyone asks me.
