You can't just force someone to come out to their families like that. He needs to do it when he feels ready to

I think five years is long enough! If he hasen't done it by then, and shows no intention of doing it even though he knows boss knows how much it bothers his boyfriend- then dump his ass for good! ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I think the boss should take some time and think about what he really wants. And his boyfriend shouldn’t force him to come out to his family if he isn’t ready yet sheeshh
