This is about an Uke who use to bullied by the seme who looks like a cute girl and comes across as an Uke. He also has a mean/dark, fighting persona. The Uke now in high school is feared as a delinquent bully because of his looks, but in real life he just a coward who likes cute and sweet things and is afraid of fighting. He then meets up with the seme who comes once more to make is life hell by threatening to let everyone know he is not a scary bully as everyone seems to think. I think the bully calls him Usagi-Chan as a way to tease him.PlEASE I MUST KNOW THE NAME OF THISSSSS MANGAAA
