Just FYI in case youre curious, hear exhaustion is a severe form of dehydration and can be remedied by cooling the body, specifically the top of the head and the soles of the feet as these are the places which lose heat the fastest. Heat stroke, or sun stroke, is when all of the moisture in a person’s body has evaporated out, or been sweat out, and so their organs literally begin to b o i l. If someone has heat stroke, call 911 IMMEDEATELY, get them OUT OF THE SUN and to a COOL PLACE or THEY WILL DIE
