not going to slut shame Ivan, but the thing about being promiscuous you're going to have to expect to some extent people are going to look at you that way if you decided to sleep with a different person every night. Of course you could just like sex, but there's also why aren't you content enough in yourself to not seek out pleasure at all times. Ivan seems the type who's hedonistic or really a sex addict and it telling about an individual needing to rely on the physical presence of another individual to gain brief happiness through pleasure. An orgasm is merely seconds there is no longevity in it, but for some it's the most fulfilling to them.
