Except, he was trying to help because he cared, not because he was rude or anything. He just didn't understand.. and that's natural also.

Ok the seme was being really inconsiderate. BUT after he talked with that girl, and trying to imagine how it felt because now,someone who knows a stutterers hardships is actually explaining it to him, It doesn't seem like he was TRYING to be rude, he just didn't KNOW how rude he actually sounded, and ruri is unable to explain it. I give him a pass and now i bet you he's going to apologize to ruri. He's not an asshole guys, just misinformed.
