well, he was 29 when the story started and at some point Katou got him too many gifts for his 32nd birthday and after that was an award ceremony so +1 year, skip earthquake year +1 , another award ceremony +1 and they have random time skips, so I can say at least 36 which makes sense since he left home without parental support and consummated Shou when he was still a minor (18 or 19) an shou is 18 now. SO either 36 or 37.
