I need help

I've seen this manga/manhwa probably a few days ago and I forgot to put it on my 'want to read' list. I only saw the first chapter (it wasn't a oneshot, had loads of chapters), it wasn't coloured and I think it's one of the newer BLs judging by the artstyle. It started with the MC as a little boy, he was in an orphanage and was bullied by other kids. I think they took his toy (barbie?) and wrote 'whore' on it. He later tried to kill/hurt them when a nun stopped him. He called her some bad words and she slapped him. I think the MC is considered beautiful/pretty in the BL.
