When you have a csection your not put to sleep because that can hurt the baby the doctor sticks a needle in your back so every thing below your chest becomes numb but the omgea was pushing so I don't think this was a csection
I dunno, I always go with the logic of what goes in (sperm) must come out (baby). In other words, out from the same place it went in.
Plus this is omegaverse so chances are it's more flexible and stretchy down there than our reality.

i have a feeling that second season will include a time jump and the omega doesn not come back into the picture untill baby is a bit older
