It's LiHuan wanting to tell YuYang to stop saying something degrading about himself. Like, don't say nobody likes you.
I think wen venting out about everything and yu yang talking about people not understanding him or his situation or feelings , he didn't want li huan to say "I understand" wich Is why he was saying "don't day it".
For one I think Lihuan might appreciate Yuyang opening up to him about his insecurities especially since he always seemed to be weighed down by it and the idea or love.
For Yuyang I feel like normally when we are in a state when we are emotional, we tend to overshare? He also doesn't want to get hurt by the things he is most sensitive with. Seeing how angry he got when he thought that he was betrayed by Lihuan earlier.
And since Yuyang sees Lihuan just as his junior/someone he's not too close with he didn't want him to expose such a delicate side to him.
In the original it writes "别说了" which translates to "Don't say it" or "Stop saying it"
