No it wasn't. I don't know what the "2000 released" means or why it's there bit it appears quite often and it doesn't say anything about the actual release date.
According to the scanlation group it's a doujinshi series. There are only two chapters at the moment but it looks like there will be more (read the last page if you want to know more).
Oh, ok. I had really thought it was released in 2000. It ought to be corrected.
Too bad it only has 2 chapters. I'm eager to read more. It's not often that I read japanese yuri themed comics with 2 adult females that look like, and act like adults. Usually it's middle school children. These 2 characters got much of my interest. Plus I luv the way japanese make their drawings. I hope for many more chapters. But who knows
