Need help asap because I'm wrecking my brain for weeks!!

Hey so I'm searching for this manga which I'm not sure if I read it or not because in some mangas that I've read, there's always that "We need help with chinese/japanese translations" kind of thing at the beginning before the actual story begins and this one shows a two boys - I'm assuming seme and uke

So, in the picture, it's a seme, I presume, doctor/nurse/school doctor on his knees with some sort of medical things in his hands checking the uke's (I think) butt or his asshole while the uke is on a medical/hospital chair/equipment that looks like a chair and his legs are held up by two poles and his hands are tied.
