But he didn't. Instead, he went on a killing-spree. Many innocent people lost their lives because of him and his madness. You can't just justify his actions by saying he grew with the wrong environment. Environment is one thing, he still chose to kill. It was his own will, his own decision.

Maybe he felt invisible in the eye of the law cause he knew that getting help would taken him to jail too.
And getting help while you're a kid/ toddler is different too. We don't know what's right or wrong beacuse we rely on our parents judgement. So yeah
