Actually, I was confused about this. Sakae was represented as a cat in Aoi’s drawings/journal, but we later see Abeno taking to the black cat who is supposedly Aoi. So, that got me thinking that maybe they ARE the same person. And do we know when Aoi disappeared/died? Could it be connected to Sakae’s disappearance/death (we don’t actaully know for sure if they both actually died or not)? I think there’s a possibility that the really are the same person.
but when he saw him when the demon turned into him (forgot his name)he didn't seem to recognize him could it be he was too young? and then if that's so who is the spirit inside him? hes suppose to be his dad no?
