Considering that this was not the point we were making, and we tried to make it as clear as possible, I don't know what else to tell you, other than that the only thing that his mother KNEW was that he was acting weird (that's IT) and that the first time this happened she was ACTUALLY struggling with telling him as witnessed by her kneeling in front of Sihoo's b**** mother BEGGING her to let their sons see each other. There's the reason for why she didn't tell him the first time, either, now.
I'm aware that she went to Sihoo's mother, that's besides the point. Whether Sihoo's mother was going to let Myunghan see Sihoo again or not, Myunghan's mother should have told him his friend was okay for the reasons stated above. You're trying to provide that as a counterargument, but i don't see how it is.

Not sure why i see some repeating it like it's logical, that literally just isn't how reality works; when anyone important to anyone is hurt, you tell that person if their loved one is okay... Period. That's reality. Social interaction works like that. I feel like i'm telling you guys water is wet. What she did literally just... Doesn't happen in reality. Because it isn't logical. That was the OPPOSITE of logical. Here are the facts: 1. He was a child at the time. 2. She knew her son saw Sihoo fall and 3. she knew her son and Sihoo got along well. The logical thing to do would be to tell him his friend's okay (maybe say he's "getting better" or however you would sugarcoat that for a child). Not saying anything literally makes no sense. Especially when you consider that he was a child at the time, you know, the time in every person's life where everything is emotional and needs clarified? Also, she knew he was struggling with Sihoo originally, when Seungchan confronts her she says "so that's why" and staggers. She had a hunch. And why wouldn't she? Why wouldn't she have a hunch that her son was suffering mentally from watching his friend fall off a balcony when he hadn't been told he was okay and his friend was no longer coming over? Pretty basic reasoning skills... What did she even think was going through his head? Why WOULDN'T he worry when the friend he saw fall off a balcony stopped coming over? She literally just 1. Didn't tell him Sihoo was okay. 2. Didn't tell him why his friend stopped coming around. And 3. Literally said NOTHING as this series of weird things happened. The WEIRD thing to do was what she did.
