I really don't understand why this author seems to always start off with a really cute ide...

I really don't understand why this author seems to always start off with a really cute idea, and then decide to throw in a number of loud and pointless archetypical characters into the mix that are neither interesting, or add any true value to the story. The main characters had been interesting enough, but then these bunch show up and pretty much just ruin everything for no real reason but to possibly extend the manga through interference
