Honestly me too, im tired of these characters getting barely any development that it frustrates me
I'm really hoping Takano will distance himself from Ritsu.
He should! He's becoming a terrible person. Onodera is not ready to accept him (26 years, I'm telling you...), he's making everything even worse by being so pushy/forcing him every time he wants to make a point. That's not even love
Oh, I agree, even if Takano is one of my favorite characters ever. He grew up in a loveless environment and then he was discarded by his parents (Thank God for his grandma), and the only person that could see the loneliness he was feeling just walked away like that. Being with Ritsu is not working out for him either. They're just hurting each other.
I really don't like Ritsu blaming himself for Takano's forcefulness. Honestly, I'm kinda wishing the next chapter would be Takano ignoring him, Ritsu wanting to talk about it, Takano apologizing and telling him he won't seek him out any longer and that's it. I'm not ready for makeup sex or whatever smut Nakamura may be planning. (I'm also hoping we won't get the other couple in the next issue, because this needs to get solved asap.)
Yep, as it is, their relationship is toxic. Takano is becoming more and more paranoid and aggressive (whether it is understandable or not is up to the reader I guess, for me, it's not), and Onodera is just being his usual annoyingly gullible self. Not a good match. Ritsu is too insecure and indecisive, and Takano is someone that's always trying to find stability, that needs reassurance, (he was my favourite too, now I can't even like him). Neither of them is helping the other, sort of the opposite.
And I agree. The mature reaction after what happened would be Takano apologizing for forcing Ritsu and hurting him, and declaring that he's gonna stop pursuing him, that he should've done that before. That maybe he misunderstood all along (that part is just me saying what I think he must be feeling, tho). Onodera's reaction could be either rethink what he's been doing and try to start over, or to think that Takano is abandoning him again (most likely).
Or Takano can just keep being a dick and make things (even more) complicated.
And seriously? Nao? I wanna punch him.
Argh, I'm not even sure anything is gonna make me happy about this story anymore hahah at least not with this couple. Their situation is been dragged way too long
This chapter was painful and downright cringeworthy. Like, all of it. Nao's attitude is nasty, Onodera is as gullible as always and Takano went waaaaaay too far. He should give up and start to treat Onodera coldly. Either Ritsu will marry because, why not? Just doing whatever pleases others, as per usual; or he's the one who's gonna do the chasing (I doubt it tho); or he can just date Nao and see how it goes.
Honestly? I don't even care. Those two are supposed to be the main couple/characters and they're becoming more unlikable in each new chapter (at least for me). Onodera because his development is non-existent and Takano because he has no excuse for his forceful behaviour (not like this, this is way too much). So, whatever.
