I read it this saturday but I dont know whats the title of this manga : an otaku wants to have a fresh start at his new school so he dyed his hair blond (his mom is a hairdresser). The first day of school he goes to the rooftop and find the new magazine he likes a lot, and then fount out it belongs to the black hair boy who was already here and who is repeating a year.

The mc's name is Hase. And the black hair guy Ooz.... something
