its most likely because people keep debating on whether its yaoi or shounen ai. On the lezhin website its under the all ages category so it should be shounen ai. I mean the intimate scenes are more along the lines of Paramour compared to yaoi manga/manhwa.

Well I don't know if you saw that but they keep bringing back the yaoi tag, then they take it down, then again they are bringing it up then they erase it again... Wtf
